When making a dinner reservation in Florence, it’s like saying you will come over to your friends house for dinner.  So make sure you honor your end of the commitment and show up… on time!  Many restaurants don’t have menu’s (just like you don’t get a menu at your friends house) but they will cater to you if you have a dislike or food allergy.  I must say after 3 courses, it was hard for me to finish, but it was so good I couldn’t help myself!!!  Antipasto plate with ham, cantaloupe, figs, mozzarella, tomato and then a trio of handmade pasta followed by steak and lamb.
