Before traveling to Italy, I drank an embarrassing amount of coffee.  And it wasn’t until I was there that I appreciated espresso with steamed milk so much.  You still get the same “Hello I’m awake” feeling and the taste is amazing.  Now I just have one cappuccino every morning.  Here is a tip in using the Capresso machine, for more frothy milk, use skim milk.  Most grocery stores carry Illy espresso which I find better than Don Francisco’s.  This machine is as easy as I, 2, 3.  Plus its great for entertaining!
INGREDIENTS:
– Illy Espresso
– Your choice of milk
Make sure there is enough water for a cappuccino.   Turn on the machine and wait for the green light to turn on.  Decide if you are having a single or a double.  Then turn the nob to the left until your cappuccino is two-thirds of the way full, now it’s time to froth the milk.  Once the green light is back on, in a different cup froth the milk and then pour it over your cappuccino.
